How does Right-on-Track work?
Dieters receive a custom diet (created exclusively for them by their dietitian) based upon their preferences, personal needs and habits. Each plan lists exchanges and calories and you can use our exclusive online tracking tool (PAM, Exchange Calculators, Personal Eating Guidelines) to adjust and monitor your meal plan.
Who uses Right-on-Track?
Right-on-Track is only available to PersonalDiets™ members. Weight loss diets are created by registered dietitians and include online tools and dietitian support.
